Yes; we require a $1500 security hold at Lake Havasu Vaca and $2000 security hold at Iron Wolf Ridge. This are just security hold that go on your card 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported. 

Guest receives 97.00% if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; Guest receives 47.00% if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival; No refunds within 14 days of arrival.

Yes; all of our locations are equipped with high speed wifi for you work and adventure. 

Our properties are not pet friendly. We like to provide a pet allergen free home. 

Yes, both of our locations are equipped with various amenities for all ages.
