The master bedroom features an en suite bathroom and a spacious King bed, providing a comfortable and luxurious sleeping experience. The second bedroom also has an en suite bathroom and is furnished with a Queen bed. Bedroom 3 offers a Queen bed and has a full bathroom with a shower/bathtub combo conveniently located in the hallway.
Each bedroom is equipped with a 55-inch Samsung Smart flat screen TV, allowing you to enjoy your favorite shows and movies. The living room boasts a remarkable 75-inch Samsung Smart flat screen TV accompanied by a Sonos Sound Bar, ensuring an immersive and impressive audiovisual experience. Additionally, there is an electric fireplace in the living room, adding to the cozy ambiance of the space.
The Living Room, Master Bedroom and Garage TV are connected to Allo Fiber Cable. The other 2 Smart TVs can be operated by voice commands through the remote control. Simply speak into the remote to access your various streaming services.
For parking, there is space on the street to accommodate your boat or any other recreational vehicles you may have. Alternatively, you can park your vehicle in the driveway. We have our own recreational toys in the Double RV garage. However, there is room to park a vehicle.
In the 2 car garage we added a TV, pool table, poker table with chips and cards, a small beer pong table (ping pong balls are underneath the table or more are in the electric fireplace cabinet in the living room). Bring your own red cups. Small Shuffleboard table too.

We’re happy you chose our vacation home for your stay. We’ve put a lot of love into making this desert getaway comfortable, stylish, and well-stocked for you to enjoy. To ensure a great experience for all guests and help us keep the home in excellent condition, please review the following house rules:
General House Guidelines
Please lock all doors, windows, and the garage any time you leave the property. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No loud music or outdoor voices during this time. No parties or large gatherings. This home is intended for relaxing stays only. No smoking is allowed inside the home. You are welcome to smoke on the patio or in the garage (doors up and mini splits turned off please). A $500 fee will be charged for any indoor smoking.
Rental Agreement & Security Hold
A signed rental agreement and a copy of your photo ID are required at the time of booking. A $1,500 security hold will be placed two days before check-in and released seven days after checkout, provided there is no damage. This hold is processed securely through our booking system (OwnerRez) and is not a charge.
Animals
We kindly ask that you do not bring animals of any kind. This is not just a preference—some household members are highly allergic. If any signs of pets are found, a cleaning fee of up to $500 may be applied to cover deep cleaning costs. Thank you for your understanding.
Cleanliness and Comfort
Please use placemats on the dining table to prevent heat damage. Extra placemats and a protective table pad are in the pantry cabinet’s bottom pullout shelf. Avoid eating in the bedrooms to help keep them clean.
Supplies, Trash, and Housekeeping
We provide a generous starter supply of coffee, K-Cups, teas, toiletries, and household essentials. Feel free to use what you need, but please leave behind anything unused for future guests. Mid stays are available upon request and are required for stays longer than 4 weeks. Trash Pick up is on Friday Mornings
Security and Liability
This property is equipped with exterior security cameras at the front, back, and inside the garage facing the boat. By booking this home, you accept full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during your stay. We do not provide insurance and encourage guests to carry their own travel or rental coverage.
Garage and Backyard Access
The garage may or may not be available during your stay—please confirm with us. The backyard is still being completed but includes a new patio table, chairs, and BBQ for your use. If you use the BBQ, and you need to refill the propane tank we will reimburse you—there is often a backup tank on the garage shelf on the back wall.
