Who We Serve
R&K Getaways offers fully furnished, professionally managed homes designed for families between homes, insurance and ALE housing placements, corporate relocation, and extended stays.
Carlsbad Oasis and Iron Wolf Ridge are reserved for 30+ day stays, purpose-built for relocation, insurance housing (ALE/Alacrity), corporate assignments, and families navigating a transition. Lake Havasu Vaca is our lake home, available for shorter stays, with month long stays popular among winter visitors.
Every inquiry is reviewed personally by Kristin, so you’re working directly with an owner-operator, not a booking algorithm.
R&K Getaways is owned and managed by Rob & Kristin. Our homes are fully furnished and move-in ready, with utilities, internet and regular service included, so families, insurance placements and relocating professionals can settle in from day one. Every stay is planned with us directly, never with a booking algorithm.

The property is stunning, with a beautiful pool and hot tub our family loved every time they came to visit. The house has everything, too. It honestly felt like being at home. Kristin and Rob are wonderful hosts. Anything we needed was taken care of right away. We'd come back in a heartbeat and can't recommend RK Getaways highly enough!
Corte Claro is one of the best designed homes I've ever seen! The backyard is an oasis vision. The property as a whole felt like our personal Ritz Carlton resort.
We had an incredible stay at Iron Wolf Ridge in Utah. The home was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed and more. From the high-end finishes to the cozy touches, it truly felt like a luxury mountain getaway.
Fantastic vacation house. Huge clean house. Incredible pool. Close to legoland and the beach. Rob super easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.
